The Blue Period is a term used to define the works produced by Pablo Picasso between 1901 and 1904 when he painted essentially monochromatic paintings in shades of blue and blue-green, only occasionally warmed by other colours. The blue colours used within the painting would sit perfectly within an interior that focuses on such a colour scheme. Condition report: The painting is in good condition, as is the frame.
