The work depicts these playful Cupids in a Bacchanal setting, adorned with fruits of the vine. The work is presented within a burnished gilt French frame, with ornate carvings. A resplendant painting and on this large size, it looks most impressive indeed. Condition report: The painting is in very good condition. The frame has a very few light scuffs to the edges and gilt, all of which add to its charm and character.
