French cubist abstract oil painting with muted colors

Stunning original oil painting by the French abstract artist, Yvette Dubois-Habasque (1929-2016). The painting is signed with the artists initials to the lower corner and dated 2007 – and to the reverse – by the artist. The painting has excellent provenance having come from the artists studio in Paris. Painted with exceptional quality, the painting offers subtle, muted tones, with an abstract composition of shapes, patterns and movement within the palette range. It is quite beautiful.
