This masterpiece is open to interpretation, what do you see? I see the top of buildings, perhaps Moscow with the stars on top. The wonderful colour palette used is a fun array of pinks, reds, blues and greens. The artist has signed this oil painting on the lower left hand corner, however it is hard to decipher. The previous owner thought the work was by a Finnish painter. Condition report: The painting and frame are both in very good condition.
