This is a striking piece of art, showing a woman lying down, outlining her shape, but without giving too much detail away. The technique used by the artist is quote expressive, showing the brush strokes almost streaming down vertically which I believe gives the effect of looking through a window. The colour palette used for this painting is just wonderful, muted turquoise, beige and dark browns. This painting needs to be hung pride of place, on a neutral background so not to distract from this exciting mix of colour. Condition report: The painting is in a very pleasing condition.
