The set is by the French artist, Geneviève Zondervan (French 1922-2013). They have excellent provenance, having come from the artists estate in France. Zondervan’s work has a beautifully tranquil and light feel to it, with a sense of space and time. Zondervan served on the committee of the International Biennale des Femmes Peintres et Sculpteurs and was a frequent exhibitor with them, as well as at the Salon des Independants since 1950 and Salon de Montrouge (Silver Medal, 1974). Condition report: Each painting is in very good and sound condition.
