And then comes the question. Where does it actually go?
It’s one of those phrases that appears often, but rarely gets explained.
You’ll see “French School” in catalogues, on gallery websites, and in auction listings. It sounds authoritative. Slightly formal. But also a little vague.
And that’s because it is.
Green never really leaves. It just waits for the light to change.
Every spring we notice it. Rooms feel different. Mornings are clearer. Walls that felt heavy in Winter begin to breathe again. And suddenly green landscapes feel entirely right.
